NOVA Artists Management is founded by Morten Ernst Lassen with a passion for connecting opera houses, concert halls and promoters with artists - and vice versa.

My background is in the opera world as a singer, where I was a company principle at the Deutsche Oper Berlin for several years and also freelanced, collaborating with conductors such as Claudio Abbado, Christian Thielemann, Philippe Herreweghe, and Helmuth Rilling.
Utilizing this background my mission is to harness the energetic essence of music that continues to inspire and uplift me, fostering close and inspiring collaborations between artists and venues.

I deeply value openness, honesty and clear communication, as I consider them the fundamental pillars for transparent collaborations.

At the heart of NOVA is my focus on guiding young artists on their unique journeys as well as providing the necessary support for experienced artists to thrive in their respective fields.
With an extensive background in music management, my dedication lies in creating an environment where artists can build community, genuinely flourish and bring their artistic visions to life.

Representing both singers, instrumentalists and conductors, NOVA actively fosters collaborations, also within the agency, aspiring to be a catalyst for creativity and music making. And it is my hope and wish, that this artistic synergy, will cultivate a space where artists not only thrive, but also delve into various dimensions of their artistry.
